This policy describes exactly what this website does with your information. It covers triaxiallabs.com and nothing else. We have tried to describe the real behaviour of the site rather than every possibility, so if something is not mentioned here, we do not do it.

Triaxial Labs is a software, blockchain and Web3 engineering company based in Bahria Town, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We are the controller of the information described below.

What we collect
There is one form on this website — the consultation form at the bottom of the homepage. It is the only place we ask you for anything. It collects:
- Full name — required
- Work email — required
- Service interests — one or more of the nine disciplines listed on the form; required
- Project budget — optional free text
That is the complete list. There are no accounts, no logins, no payments, and no newsletter. We do not ask for, and have no way to receive, any special category data through this site.
What happens when you submit the form
- Your browser generates a Google reCAPTCHA token, which is sent with your enquiry.
- Our server asks Google to verify that token (
google.com/recaptcha/api/siteverify). If it fails, your enquiry is rejected and nothing further happens. - If it passes, your enquiry is formatted as an email and sent to our support mailbox over SMTP (
smtp.gmail.com:587), using Nodemailer.
There is no database and no CRM behind this website. Your enquiry is not written to a database, a spreadsheet, a file, or any third-party sales tool. The email in our support mailbox is the only copy we hold.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
We use reCAPTCHA v3 to stop automated abuse of the consultation form. We consider this strictly necessary to operate the form, so it is not covered by the analytics choice below.
reCAPTCHA is only loaded once you interact with the form. If you read the site and never touch the form, nothing is requested from Google for this purpose and no reCAPTCHA cookie is set. Once you do interact, Google receives information necessary to score the interaction, including your IP address, browser and device information, and how you interacted with the page. That processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used — only if you accept it. Until you do, no request is made to Google's analytics servers and no analytics cookie is set. Declining does not degrade the site in any way.
You can change your mind at any time using the control, which also appears in the footer of every page. When you withdraw consent we set Google's opt-out flag and clear the analytics cookies; from your next page load nothing is requested at all.

We set no cookies of our own. Your consent choice is kept in local storage rather than a cookie, so recording it does not itself require one.
Server logs
When the form is submitted, our server records the reCAPTCHA score and risk level, plus a timestamp, so we can monitor for spam. Your name, email address, service selections and budget are not written to our server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard web-server access logs containing IP addresses, as is normal for any website.
Who else sees your information
Google is the only third party involved, acting as our processor in two distinct roles:
- reCAPTCHA — verifying that form submissions are not automated.
- Email delivery — our support mailbox is hosted by Google, and enquiries are delivered to it over Google's SMTP service. Your enquiry therefore passes through and is stored on Google's infrastructure.
Google Analytics is also Google, but only ever runs with your consent, and it is not connected to your form submission. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to any other company.
How long we keep it
Consultation enquiries are retained in our support mailbox indefinitely, until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@triaxiallabs.com.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only record is an email in our mailbox, these requests are straightforward for us to action. Email support@triaxiallabs.com and we will respond.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time — see Analytics above. Withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving it.
Changes to this policy
If we change what the site does, we will change this page and update the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so please check back here.
